George was the Sales Manager and joined Gus Kuhn in 1955. He lived just a few hundred yards round the corner from the business with his wife and two daughters. He had bought his first motorcycle in 1937, a 250 OK Supreme, from Gus Kuhn's of course.

Previously he was a commercial vehicle body builder. He dealt with all aspects of selling and was also involved in the car trade when GK held a Rootes agency in the 60s, so he dealt in four wheels as well as two. But he preferred selling motorcycles because the type of customer was so much more enthusiastic.

He retired in 1982. Click here for picture & more info.
